I am currently Director Data Science in the corporate Human Capital function at UHG where I have worked since 2015. My prior professional background is primarily in academia as a cancer epidemiology professor at the University of Minnesota, but I have transitioned into the private sector where I am applying epidemiology and population health approaches to human capital questions.
